Klinické ověření POCT analyzátoru HemoScreen

Abstract

Mezi základní laboratorní vyšetření patří vyšetření krevního obrazu (KO) a diferenciálního rozpočtu leukocytů (diff). Toto základní vyšetření dokáže efektivně monitorovat zdravotní stav pacienta a zachytit možné zhoršení či relaps u pacientů s různými diagnózami, včetně těch hematoonkologických. Analyzátor HemoScreen je POCT (point of care testing) analyzátor, nabízející vyšetření 20 krevních parametrů z venózní či kapilární krve a poskytuje tedy komfortnější péči o pacienty, vyžadující časté odběry krevního obrazu. Cílem diplomové práce je statistická analýza přesnosti ve srovnání s běžně používanými laboratorními analyzátory a pozorování vlivu okolního prostřední na manipulaci se vzorkem biologického materiálu před samotnou analýzou. Bude provedeno statistické vyhodnocení naměřených výsledků referenčního analyzátoru vůči dalším běžně používaným analyzátorům. Výsledky budou též porovnány dle doporučení SEKK spol. s.r.o. (Systém externí kontroly kvality).

Basic laboratory tests include examination of the complete blood count (CBC) and differential leukocyte count (diff). This basic examination can effectively monitor the patient's health status and detect possible deterioration or relapse in patients with various diagnoses, including hematologic malignancies. The HemoScreen analyzer is a POCT (point of care testing) analyzer that offers examination of 20 blood parameters from venous or capillary blood, providing more comfortable patient care for those requiring frequent blood tests. The aim of the thesis is a statistical analysis of accuracy compared to commonly used laboratory analyzers and the influence of the surrounding environment on manipulation with biological material samples prior to analysis. Statistical evaluation of the measured results will be performed compared to a reference analyzer, with a comparison to other commonly used POCT analyzers, and the results will also be compared with the recommendation of SEKK spol. s.r.o. (System of External Quality Control).
