Dopad hospodářské recese na segment nákladní železniční dopravy

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce byla problematika hospodářské recese a její dopad na nákladní železniční přepravu. Mým cílem bylo analyzovat postavení společnosti ČD Cargo v době krize a nalézt adekvátní protikrizová opatření vedoucí ke stabilizaci a opětovnému růstu společnosti po období krize. V teoretické části jsem pohovořil o historii železnice a hospodářské recesi v železniční dopravě, popsal jsem základní definici hospodářské recese z ekonomického hlediska, krizová řešení podniku a nakonec jsem popsal analýzy, které jsem prakticky využil v další části práce. Praktická část práce je věnována rozboru vnějšího prostředí firmy a její konkurenci. Popsal jsem stav na trhu dopravy a postavení společnosti ČD Cargo, a.s. na trhu. Pro analýzu jsem využil deklarované metody z teoretické části. V závěru navrhuji možná řešení pro zvýšeni konkurenceschopnosti zkoumané společnosti na trhu.

The topic of the thesis was the issue of economic recession and its impact on rail transportation. My goal was to analyze the status of ČD Cargo in times of crisis and to find adequate anti-crisis measures to stabilize and grow again after a period of crisis. In the theoretical part, I talked about the history of the railroad and the economic recession in rail transport, I describe the basic definition of an economic recession in economic terms, critical enterprise solutions and finally I theoretically described methods of analysis, which I practically used in the next section. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the external environment of the company and its competitors. I described the situation in the transport market and the position of ČD Cargo, as market. For the analysis I used the methods declared in the theoretical part. The conclusion suggests possible solutions for increasing the competitiveness of the entity in the market.
