Rekonstrukce tvářecího stroje ocelových tlakových láhví.

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je řešení optimalizace provozu tvářecího stroje ocelových tlakových láhví. Na začátku práce jsou shrnuty teoretické informace o činnosti stávajícího zařízení, popsána problematika údržby s nalezením spolehlivostně slabých míst. V dalších kapitolách je popsáno řešení rekonstrukce s následnou volbou patřičných komponentů. Při psaní této práce jsem vycházel z osobní zkušenosti za použití interních materiálů. Součástí diplomové práce je rovněž projektová dokumentace.

The subject of this thesis is to address optimization of the forming machine of steel cylinders. At the start of the work summarizes theoretical information on the activities of existing equipment, described the issue of maintenance of reliability in finding vulnerabilities. In subsequent chapters describes the solution reconstruction with subsequent selection of appropriate components. In writing this work I drew from personal experience using internal materials. The thesis is also the project documentation.
