Znečištění ovzduší ze silniční dopravy ve městě Ostrava

Abstract

Presented bachelor thesis deals with air pollution from vehicular traffic in Ostrava city. The first part is concerned with general traffic characteristics and its basic emissions including European context of air pollution in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, European and Czech legislation on air protection, including emission standards EURO are discussed. The following section is focused on general characteristics of the traffic network in the Czech Republic and the significance of transport in air pollution within the territory of the Czech Republic, MSK and specifically the city of Ostrava. The penultimate section of this concentrates on theoretical introduction to the practical calculation of transport emissions at the state and local level and is supplemented by a specific calculation of emissions from traffic on Českobratrská street in November 2012.
