Abstract
In this thesis explains the basic concepts of methodology and methods of scientific research. The first part deals with the history of science and philosophy, explanation of terms metodogolie and research. In the second part are categorized various methods of research, analyzed their advantages and nehovýdy. In conclusion, the selected method explained in more detail.
