Determinace faktorů kariérového rozhodovacího procesu studentů metodou strukturního modelování.

Abstract

Dizertační práce se zabývá kariérovým rozhodovacím procesem studentů, kteří zvažují volbu vysoké školy. Cílem práce je determinovat faktory, které mohou ovlivnit tento proces. Je zkoumáno, jaký vliv mají motivace a očekávání studentů, dále zda existuje vliv významných referenčních skupin a také zda-li existují nějaká omezení, která mohou při tomto rozhodovacím procesu způsobit obtíže. Je zde využito teorie plánovaného chování, na jejímž základě je navržen model rozhodování, který je dále testován prostřednictvím strukturního modelování. Jedním z dílčích cílů práce je také popsat způsob, jakým je toto rozhodování realizováno, a definovat, které charakteristiky jsou pro ně typické.

Thesis subject matter is career decision-making process of students who are considering the university choice. The aim of the thesis is to determine the factors which can influence the career decision-making process. It is examined how motivations and expectations influence this process, if there is any influence of significant others and whether there are some limitations which may cause difficulties in this decision-making process. The theory of planned behavior is used and decision-making model is proposed and tested with structural equation modeling method. One of the partial aim is to describe the way how this decision-making is made and to define which characteristics are typical for it.
