Analýza právních požadavků v oblasti bezpečnosti práce ve společnosti Gypstrend, s.r.o.

Abstract

The analysis of legislative claims on labour protection in Gypstrend Ltd. company is submited in this work. In its introduction part there are goals to be achieved in this dissertation, followed by introduction of Gypstrend Ltd company. In its two following parts mining and general legislation is analysed. In the fifth part there are some selected legislative rules compared. The same chapter contains an author´s opinion of shift division during District mining office board and Czech bureau of labour protection supervision. In the final part there is an economic evaluation of this dissertation summarized, author’s findings and recommendations are proposed and there is also mentioned whether the goals of this dissertation, set up in the introduction, were successfully achieved.
