Srbsko v jugoslávské válce – dopady na národní hospodářství a poválečná obnova s přispěním České republiky

Abstract

The aim of this work is to outline the causes of military conflict in Serbia. The work is especially focused on finding out the impact of the war on Serbian economy and how the recovery of Serbian economy took place with the support of the Czech Republic. Reaction of economics to the war, national tendencies, causes of Yugoslav wars and economic recovery of Serbia with the support of the Czech Republic are analyzed step by step in four chapters. The result of the work is a finding that the Yugoslav wars arose from the political and power-seeking ambitions. The economics of Serbia was deeply damaged. The recovery of economy and transformation into market economy has not been completed yet and a process of privatization and renewal of economy is still in progress.
