Komparace legislativních nástrojů potírání politicko-administrativní korupce v České republice a Finsku

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of legislative instruments in the fight against political-administrative corruption in the Czech Republic and Finland. The aim of this work is to analyze the state of corruption in both countries, then compare the both systems and propose measures which can take one system from another in order to fight corruption more effectively. The following is a comparison of the requirements of EU subjects regarding anti-corruption legislation (UN, OECD, GRECO) with the implementation of these requirements. Finally, national recommendations are given.
