Abstract
A characteristic feature of modern economic development is the transition of the most developed countries to a new stage in the formation of an innovative society - building an economy based primarily on the creation, dissemination and use of knowledge, i.e. innovative development. The activation of innovations requires fundamental changes in the structure of social production and education, in the system of management and organization, as well as in the coordination of actions, the exchange of information, the interaction of enterprises and the transfer of technologies.
Mutual cooperation of individual international scientific organizations, research centers and enterprises is widely discussed in the work. Leveraging this collaboration can lead to lower product innovation costs by exploiting synergies from mutual collaboration of participating organizations, streamlining business processes, and strengthening international and regional industries.
The dissertation work is devoted to the issue of strengthening the innovative potential of the metallurgical complex through the complex interaction of the scientific, organizational and research sectors at the international level by optimizing internal and external processes. A project is proposed to create an innovative metallurgical cluster, the main feature of which is the presence of a Coordination Center, whose tasks are to coordinate, optimize and distribute tasks among the cluster members.
The main goal of the dissertation is to create a comprehensive model that will allow conceptual cooperation between universities, research centers and industrial enterprises in the field of metallurgy. The model will use a clearing house to streamline its processes, allowing organizations to collaborate beneficially within industry clusters.
