Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate and find a solution how to handle not only the monumentally protected dilapidated building of the castle in Veselí nad Moravou, but also the possible extension and enrichment of the chateau park with other functions and refills. The subject of the thesis is the design of the castle complex in Veselí nad Moravou. The thesis deals with the complex solution of the locality of the castle complex and what possibilities it offers, part of the work is the processing of the historical monument protected object, which is reused for apartment accommodation with recreation and with the possibility of cultural events in this city. Another important part of this work was the elaboration of the design of the completion of the castle's object, namely the objects of the castle restaurant and the hall, including other operationally necessary components. Last but not least, the proposal of housing capacity for cultural and other events is also included in the form of a lower category hostel, which, thanks to the links to adjacent river streams and other tourist routes, forms a clue. The thesis therefore proposed a complex solution in accordance with the monument care, the use of the dilapidated building of the castle and its subsequent integration into the function of the completed objects so as to create a mutually interconnected whole and at the same time were able to function independently.
