Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals the influence of human capital and other factors on the level of wage in the Moravian-Silesian region. The first part of this thesis will explained the issue of human capital, the reasons for differences in wages, signaling hypothesis and social capital. The second part of this thesis will assess the human capital and wage differentials in the empirical literature. Based on this research was created a group of determinants, which was used in the questionnaire research. The third part evaluated the questionnaire research from the perspective of employers and the results were analyzing by the paired comparison method, the method of Fuller and Saaty method. The analysis shows the greatest impact on wage levels in the Moravian-Silesian Region. And It was in both methods of paired comparisons determinants of wages skills and practice.
