dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce s názvem „Komparace hospodaření a financování vybraných územních samosprávných celků“ se zabývá analýzou hospodaření a financování obcí Těškovice a Bítov. Práce byla rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je řešena obecná charakteristika územních samosprávných celků, tj. obcí a krajů. Dále zde byla rozebírána problematika hospodaření obcí. Je zde popsán rozpočet, rozpočtová soustava a rozpočtová skladba používaná v České republice. Praktická část je věnována analýze hospodaření obcí Těškovice a Bítov v letech 2008-2012. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny zjištěné výsledky.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis „Comparison of Economy and Funding of Selected Regional Self-governing Units“ deals with the characteristics of the economy and funding of municipalities Těškovice and Bítov. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is solved the general characteristics of regional self-governing units – municipalities and regions. There is also discussed the issue of municipal economy. In this part described the budget, budgetary system and budgetary structure used in the Czech Republic. The practical part is dedicated to analysis of economy and funding of Těškovice and Bítov in 2008-2012. In conclusion, the results obtained are evaluated.en
