Nedestruktivní zkoušení svarových spojů

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the non-destructive testing of a heterogeneous weld joint design of the test body (standard), namely by ultrasonic method, before the final welding with the counter-beam. The test body is a joint of the VVER 1000 reactor nozzle with the neck for the measuring probes. The heterogeneous weld joint will subsequently be defective and these defects will then be located by ultrasonication. The theoretical part is focused on the nature of the weld joint formation by fusion welding, then on heterogeneous weld joints and defects related to these joints, as well as an overview of non-destructive methods for testing weld joints. In the experimental part, specification of input materials, technical design, ultrasonic testing are presented. The aim of this test fixture is to find and subsequently eliminate, in the context of operational checks, defects that would lead to radiation leakage and safety hazards in the event of a leak.
