Lehké zásahové přilby u jednotek požární ochrany

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce vyhodnocuje možnosti využití lehkých zásahových přileb u jednotek PO ČR, přičemž bere v úvahu související platnou legislativu. Podkladem k této práci byla analýza vycházející z vlastností a možného využití lehkých zásahových přileb u mimořádných událostí na území ČR z let 2011-2015. V podrobnější analýze byly posouzeny JPO I HZS Vysočiny a HZS hl. města Prahy. Na základě těchto výsledků byly zvoleny tři lehké zásahové přilby dostupné na trhu a byly podrobeny multikriteriální analýze. Bylo navrženo doporučení pro pořízení a využití lehkých zásahových přileb Dräger HPS 3500 pro JPO ČR.

This thesis evaluates the possibilities of intervention lightweight helmets for fire protection units in the Czech Republic taking into account the relevant legislation in force. The basis for this work was the analysis based on the properties and potential use of lightweight intervention helmets in emergencies in the Czech Republic between 2011 and 2015. In a more detailed analysis fire protection units of FRS I from Vysočina Region and Capital City of Prague were assessed. Based on these results, three lightweight intervention helmets available on the market have been chosen and subjected to multi-criteria analysis. The recommendations for the acquisition and use of lightweight intervention helmets Dräger HPS 3500 for fire protection units in the Czech Republic were suggested.
