Abstract

Work will focus on the assessment of practical knowledge in the use of alternative types of foaming agents in the aggregate for producing compressed air foam. For the evaluations, findings from the assessment of laboratory measurements of viscosity foaming agents will be used. Another source of data would be results of large-scale trials of extinguishing effect. The aim of the study is to determine whether it is possible to produce compressed air foam using different foams than those recommended by the manufacturer of the unit.
