Územní studie vybrané lokality v Napajedlech

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování územní studie vybrané lokality v Napajedlech na parcele číslo 6449/2, 476/2, 6472/15 a 6449/14 o celkové výměře 14 241 m². V řešeném území vypracovat návrh na výstavbu rodinných domů a garáží, vše vhodně zakomponované s ohledem na docházkové vzdálenosti, včetně protipovodňové úpravy. Práce se ve své první části soustřeďuje na celkový popis řešeného území ve vztahu k městu Napajedla s ohledem na docházkové vzdálenosti a okolní podmínky. Studie vychází především z územního plánu města Napajedla z roku 2002. Další část se zabývá jednotlivými návrhy řešeného území, z kterých je jeden vybrán a detailně popsán. Ve vybrané variantě je popsáno umístění rodinných domů a garáží včetně napojení na dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu s možností etapizace rozvojových ploch. Navrhují se také odpočinkové plochy s novou výsadbou zeleně a městským mobiliářem. Závěrečná část popisuje vliv stavby na životní prostředí a investiční náklady řešeného území. Výsledkem této práce je jedna z možných variant, které toto území nabízí. Bakalářská práce má 30 stran psaného textu.

A territorial study processing of a chosen locality in Napajedla on sites of no. 6449/2, 476/2, 6472/15 and 6449/14 of a total size of 14 241 m² is the subject of this Bachelor Work. It should be worked out to build up family houses and garages within the resolved area. All should be suitable constructed in it in relation to the attendance distance including flood control. This Bachelor Work is focused on a total description of the resolved area in relation to the Napajedla town regarding to attendance distance and ambient conditions. The study is going first of all from the territorial plan of the Napajedla town from the year 2002. The next part is dealing with individual designs of the resolved area, of which one design is chosen and described in details. Placing of family houses and garages including connection with communication and technical infrastructure with a possibility of phasing of developing areas. There are also designed the rest areas with a new green gardening and urban mobiliary. The final part describes a building influence on environment and investment costs of the resolved territory. The result of this work is one of the variants, which is offered by the territory. The Bachelor Work has 30 pages of a written text.
