Abstract
The Bachelor’s Work deals with the problems of interplant directives. Its first chapter determines the significance, purpose, proprieties, title and also the diversification of interplant directives. The second chapter focuses on some chosen interplant directives. The last chapter deals with the factual directives of the Samstav, Company with limited liability.
