Analýza personálních činností ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis focuses on analysis of HR activities in chosen company. The name of the company is not mentioned, because it has provided a large quantities of internal documents. The thesis consists of several parts. The first part explains basic terms relating to HR activities. The following part providing basic company information about its goals, vision, organization structure and selected economic indicators. The next part analyzes HR activities of the company such as seeking, selection and recruitment of new employees, adaptation, rewarding and motivating of employees, employee education, development and care. Based on evaluation of the questionnaires and assessment of the effectiveness of HR activities of the company, there are results what proposals and recommendations result from in conclusion of the thesis.
