Studie dostavby nárožní proluky Hollarova/Šubertova, Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

This work investigates the completion of the corner gap-site in the Hollarova street and the Šubertova street in Moravská Ostrava with a multi-storey parking building with a ground floor dedicated to amenities. After examining the concept of the design alternatives, the final choice was selected and justified, and the solution was processed in a specified range to the text and drawing part of the thesis. This concept reflects the requirements for barrier-free use of buildings and respects the limits based on the position in the urban conservation area.
