Abstract

Springs are manufactured from hot-spring steel, which is required for the subsequent production of springs used heat treatment, using a bainitic steel as steel for the manufacture of springs could be the subsequent heat treatment, and force it to achieve savings of Finance. This work deals with the rolling medium carbon bainitic steels and design of a suitable chemical composition of these steels, with the required mechanical properties. The aim of this work was comparison of simulation, experimental and operational options to clarify the results of rolling and cooling the resulting steel and designed to achieve the required mechanicalproperities.
