Studie rekonstrukce fary pro chráněné bydlení, Těškovice

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat návrh rekonstrukce fary na budovu pro volnočasové aktivity a k tomu přidružené chráněné bydlení pro seniory, osoby se ztíženou schopností pohybu a orientace nebo pro sociálně slabé občany. Práce je komplexním a uceleným řešením jedné ze tří variant, která byla vybrána jako nejvhodnější řešení pro dané území s ohledem na limity území a územní plán.Výsledkem práce je návrh řešení centra obce Těškovice, ve které naprosto chybí prostory sdružování občanů. Hlavním prvkem řešení je rekonstrukce současné fary, která v současné době neplní funkci, pro kterou byla vybudována a chátrá. Tato fara bude rekonstruována a dále řešena jako volnočasová, multifunkční budova pro mládež v obci a také pro podnikatelské účely. K faře bude přidružena zástavba bytových domů, která bude splňovat podmínky bezbariérovosti pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace v prvním nadzemním podlaží a ve druhém nadzemním podlaží prostory pro sociálně slabé občany nebo mladou rodinu. Návrh obsahuje rovněž řešení obslužné komunikace a statické dopravy v centrální části obce, návrh zeleně, návrh řešení technické infrastruktury a orientační propočet na realizaci daného návrhu.

The aim of the master thesis is to prepare a proposal project for the reconstruction the Parish Office onto building for leisure activities, and associated Disabled Person Housing for the people with more difficulties mobility or for underprivileged citizens. The thesis is comprehensive and integrated solution one of three options, which were selected as the best solution fot given area considering the limits and urban plan. The result of the master thesis is a detailed pilot project of the center of Těškovice. The main element of the solution id the reconstruction of the Parish Office, which is not function and is decaying.This Parish Office will be reconstructed and solved as leisure, multifunction building for youth in the village and for business purposes. To the Parish Office will be associated development of residental buildings, whish meets wheelchair accessibility conditions for reduced mobility people in first floor and in the second floor spaces for the underprivileged citizens or for young family. The proposal contains the solution of the service road and the static traffic in the village central space, the proposal of greenness, the proposal solution of the techical infrastructure and the approximate calculation fot the realization proposal.
