Abstract

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is characteristic of limited company and introduction the bank Česká spořitelna. We have more and more companies on market, which do the business in form limited company. Česká spořitelna is one of the biggest bank in Czech republic and is focused to retail clients, small and medium enterprises. Česká spořitelna offers large quantities of products and services for their clients. The target of my bachelor's thesis is to show, which possibilities of financing the Česká spořitelna offers to limited companies and which kind of products are suitable for limited company, if the company want to invest for example in new building and manufacturing machine for business.
