Měření výkonnosti podniku pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

The goal of this work is make the strategic analysis and design on the base of this analysis a performance measurement system using the Balanced Scorecard in Severomoravske vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s. The work is divided into three parts – theoretical, practical and suggestions and recommendation for the organization. The theoretical part describes the issues that hang together with the theme and goal of this thesis. There are explained issues from financial analysis, SWOT analysis, analysis of micro and macro, and then is described the Balanced Scorecard. The practical part contains the characteristics of the organization, its history, scope and services. Next in the practical part is made a strategic analysis. Strategic analysis includes financial analysis, respectively analysis of relative indicators, next a SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's competitive forces model. In the last part of the proposals and recommendations for the organization is made a performance measurement system using the Balanced Scorecard.
