Polyfunkčný IT dom v Ostrave

Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor work is to proccess the project documentation of the Polyfunctional House in Ostrava. The multi-functional building is designed between two houses of historical core in the city center of Ostrava which fills the corners of the block of buildings. It is a five-storey object without a cellar divided into two parts. The ground floor has a commercial space. Offices are located in the second to fifth floor. The foundations for this documentation are urbanistic studies from Atelier creation III, architectural studies from Atelier creation IV and the documentation for the building permit from Atelier creation Va.
