Analýza současných trendů v oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů u vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis topic is "Analysis of Current Trends in the Field of Employee Benefits at the Selected Business Company". The theoretical part of the thesis first defines the characteristics, significance, and classification of employee benefits, including their legal, accounting, and tax aspects. Subsequently, it analyses surveys related to employee benefits and defines modern and non-traditional benefits in the Czech Republic and worldwide. The practical part of the thesis focuses on analysing and evaluating the provision of employee benefits in the selected business company. Proposals and recommendations were developed based on the analyses conducted at XY s.r.o to improve the provision of employee benefits.
