Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on waste management, specifically on the issue of waste prevention, especially through the active involvement of the circular system. The importance of waste management is considerable and, at a global level, indisputable, with its primary element being firmly anchored in legislation. This thesis provides an overall view of waste prevention or minimisation, from the perspective of citizens themselves or from the perspective of a larger community The final part is devoted to the real attitude of natural or legal persons towards the waste quantity of today and the effort to adequately limit its production through the application of positive examples of good practice.
