Analýza a návrh na zlepšení systému skladování a řízení zásob podniku vyrábějícího baterie

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the storage and inventory management system in a manufacturing company specializing in the production of lithium batteries. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of warehouse management and propose specific steps leading to its improvement. The theoretical part defines key concepts in the field of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management, and describes the analytical methods used, such as ABC and XYZ analysis or workday time tracking. The practical part is divided into two main sections – the analysis of the warehouse and storage system, and the analysis of the inventory management system. Based on the findings, recommendations are formulated to achieve more efficient use of warehouse capacity, optimization of inventory, and cost reduction.
