Destruktivní hodnocení poškozených trubek membránové stěny výparníku

Abstract

Práce se zabývá vyhodnocením poškozených trubek membránové stěny výparníku, které byly součástí parního kotle, poškození těchto dvou trubek byla různá, proto byly použity v některých případech mírně odlišné metody pro jejich vyhodnocení. Vyhodnocování proběhlo pomocí nedestruktivních a destruktivních metod, metalografických analýz a chemických analýz. Účelem, těchto metod a analýz je zjištění pravděpodobnostní příčiny těchto poškození trubek a tím i vyvarováním se opakování chybných postupů při výrobě těchto dílů nebo jejich nevhodného použití v prostorách zařízení.

The work deals with the evaluation of damaged pipes of evaporator membrane wall, which were part of the steam boiler, the damage of these two tubes was different, therefore slightly different methods for their evaluation were used in some cases. The evaluation was carried out using non-destructive and destructive methods, metallographic analyzes and chemical analyzes. The purpose of these methods and analyzes is to determine the probability cause of these tube damage and thus to avoid repeating mistakes in the production of these parts or their inappropriate use on the premises of the equipment.
