Fúze a akvizice jako nástroj růstu a reorganizace podniku

Abstract

Práce má za cíl objasnit fúzi a akvizici jako nástroj růstu podniku v nelítostném konkurenčním prostředí. Proto byl sestaven přehled fúzí a akvizicí u nás i ve světě. Na uvedeném příkladu fúze byl popsán samotný průběh fúze a byla vypočtena hodnota synergického efektu, který fúze dvou společností přinese. Nakonec byl sestaven projekt fúze dvou akciových společností se všemi obligátními náležitostmi.
