Abstract

The thesis is focused on the research of the chrome-elimination with the oxidation number VI from the real wastewater and the comparing of the efficiency of two chosen biosorbents in the dynamic system. For the elimination were used chemically activated biosorbents which are the Red-belt conc (Fimitopsis pinicola) and the commixture of cones. There is a description of the whole biosorption-process. The optimal conditions of dynamic system for the chrome-elimination with the oxidation number VI, due to biosorbents, were obtained from the research of this process ongoing on the model water containing the given metal. Each biosorbent was tested for real wastewater from electroplating. For the results-interpretation were used Bed-Depth Service Time model (BDST), Yoon-Nelson’s model and Thomas model. All experiments were run at a column height of 15 cm and a flow rate of 20 ml min-1. Efficacy biosorbents Red-belt conc contraband was 87,3 % and for cones mixtures efficacy was 86,6 %.
