Hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on effective assessment of investment projects. The aim is assessment of concrete investment project by various methods of effective assesssment. Theoretical part deal with an explication of basic terms of investment decision making, description the process of the investment decision making, characteristic of casf flows and explanation of individual mathods for effective assessment of investment projects. These methods are classified in accordance with time factor and effect of investments. In practical part will be finding by individual mathods for effective assessment of investment projects if concrete investment project is acceptable for realization or not. Also it is discovering how calculations are influenced by grant which is possible to get for this concrete investment. Chosen methods are: Method of Average Annual Costs (Equivalent of Annual Costs), Method of Discounted Costs (Present Value of Costs), Net Present Value, Profitability Index, Payback Method Simple and Discounted, Internal Rate of Return. It was discovered that concrete investment project is acceptable for realization without influence of grant.
