Abstract

The dissertation deals with the issues of the incentive system of the company. The aim of this work is to evaluate the incentive systém of the monitored company and to propose possible recommendations for changes leading to improvements of this incentive system. The theoretical part is processed on the basis of the scientific literature, which deals with the motivation of employees. More specifically it describes the motivation, principles of motivation, types of motivation, sources of motivation, motivation theories, stimulations, stimulating resources and the rewarding. In the next section is described the characteristic of the monitored company, its scope and mission. The third part in the sequence is focused on the analysis of the current incentive system based on the marketing research using the questionnaire survey of the staff. The chapter also includes the SWOT analysis and the evaluation of the individual analyzes. In the final part are given suggestions and recommendations to improvements of the incentive system coming from the conducted analysis.
