Prognóza vývoja likvidácie odpadu v súvisloti s obehovým hospodárstvom

Abstract

The diploma thesis provides a closer look at the future of waste disposal, which represents a major ecological and environmental problem in Europe and its individual countries. Landfilling is directly related to the waste management programs of the individual countries of the European Union. At the same time, improperly handled waste poses a threat to all components of the environment. The work also monitored the situation in the specific area of the Kudelník waste dump in the district of Spišská Nová Ves. Based on the information provided by the company Brantner Nova, which manages the landfill, the Slovak National Park Administration, the environmental care departments, the Slovak Water Management Company and our own monitoring, the situation with waste landfilling in the region was evaluated. In the end, possible solutions for minimizing and using municipal and other waste were proposed, as well as a summary of the future of landfilling in the given location and in Slovakia and the Czech Republic as a whole.
