Vymezení ochranného pásma pohledových horizontů v krajině

Abstract

This thesis contains creation of plugin Ochranne pasmo horizontu for QGIS application. This plugin will delineate protection zone so the visual panorama of terrain dominants will remain preserved. The result is zone around horizon, where it won’t be possible to build a building with certain height so it won’t cross the horizon.
