Abstract

Aim of this B.A thesis is to assess effectivity of Female Talents program, which was realized in a company named Continental. The aforementioned program has the goal of motivating women to reach better results and performance at work by allowing them to be motivated by rewards granted to them in this regard. Part of estimating the said effectivity is done via poll taken by participants of the said program. The participants were asked not only on satisfaction with the given program and its course, but also on subconscious gender discrimination at job market. Theoretical part of the thesis introduces basic concepts on gender, obstacles met by women in pursuing their careers, and discrimination and differences in wages between men and women. In the analytical section, information on the company, the program, and assessment of the given poll are presented. Conclusion of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations on making the given program effective and more attractive in years to come.
