Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of organizational culture and its further development. The aim of this work was to find out the level of organizational culture in the selected organization and to make recommendations according to the identified assumptions. Research questions as well as subsequent recommendations were based on professional literature. The research part of the work is based on the theory of Harrison and Handy, a standardized questionnaire survey. The research was conducted on the basis of a questionnaire survey of 50 employees of the organization, which was supplemented by a semi-structured interview. The semi-structured interview established the second, very essential part of the research in the organization, as its task was to verify the data from the questionnaire survey. The data obtained from the research were then subjected to explanation and subsequent interpretation under theory. The research results involve recommendation which could be implement into the organizational culture of selected company.
