Abstract

The main objective of this work is to bring the readers to the issue of staff training. In the first are collected information about education staffs of various authors. There are explanations of theories regarding human resources management in business, their training and development potential. At the end of this section is described the cycle of education in business. Second part is oriented to the image characteristics of the selected company and to clarify company education system. Based on the prepared questionnaire were found differences of opinion on the educational system and also the emphasis on the development of staff by management. There are recommendations for improving the education system in the enterprise in the end of work.
