Vliv vládních výdajů na ekonomický růst v České republice

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit vliv vládních výdajů na ekonomický růst v České republice. K naplnění tohoto cíle je využita teorie a praxe autorů, kteří se problematikou vládních výdajů a ekonomického růstu zabývají. V práci je využito několik statistických metod, a to převážně deskriptivní, korelační a ekonometrická analýza. Diplomová práce je členěna do tří stěžejních kapitol, přičemž první kapitola obsahuje teorii, která je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů vládních výdajů a ekonomického růstu. Následuje druhá kapitola, která prostřednictvím rešerše literatury shrnuje empirický výzkum již zmíněných ukazatelů. Ve třetí kapitole této práce najdeme vlastní empirickou analýzu, jež se skládá z popisných metod, následné korelační analýzy a ze samotného ekonometrického modelu. V práci je kladen důraz na neproduktivní a produktivní vládní výdaje ve vztahu k ekonomickému růst. V závěru je potvrzen pozitivní vliv vládních výdajů na základní výzkum na ekonomickou výkonnost a vliv negativní prostřednictvím výdajů na sociální oblast bydlení.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to valorize the impact of government spending on economic growth in the Czech republic. To fulfil this task there are used theory and practice of authors who are interested in issue of education and economic growth. In this thesis is used several statistical methods, mainly descriptive, correation and econometric analysis. The diploma thesis is diveded into three main chapters which is focused on definition of the term of government spending and economic growth. Next is the second chapter which summarizes the empirical research to the main indicators through literature search. In the third chapter of this thesis there can be found empirical analysis on my own which consists of descriptive methods followed by correlation analysis and by econometric model. In this thesis is an emphasis on unproductive and productive government spending in relation to economic growth. At the end of diploma thesis is confirmed by the positive impact of government spending on basic research on economic growth and the negative impact through spending on social housing sector.
