Abstract

This thesis deals with the possibilities of improving the mineralogical meetings organized by the Faculty of Mining and Geology VŠB-TU Ostrava and their promotion in order to increase attendance. An important part of the work is about the theory of marketing research and marketing communications. The practical part focuses primarily on marketing research, evaluation and presentation of proposals for improvement of these events in the coming up years.
