Územní studie lokality v prostoru ulic Dolní Hejčínská a Wellnerova v Olomouci

Abstract

Úkolem této diplomové práce je vypracovat návrh vhodného využití dané lokality pro funkci polyfunkční obytnou ve variantním řešení. Součástí práce je popis stávajícího stavu, technické infrastruktury a limitů v území. Jedna z variant je dovedena do konečné podoby v rozsahu územní studie. Studie obsahují řešení technické infrastruktury, dopravy a zeleně. Zpracována je také objemová studie jednoho z objektů. Celá diplomová práce obsahuje textovou, výkresovou část a stručné ekonomické zhodnocení.

The aim of this Masters dissertation is to elaborate a proposal on the appropriate use of the given location for multifunctional residential purposes, and a number of solutions will be presented. The thesis includes a description of the current disposition, technical infrastructure as well as the limitations of the area. One of the variants is elaborated completely within the span of the area study. The studies include solutions for the technical infrastructure, transportation and green areas. A three-dimensional (pokud objemova=trojrozmerna) study of one of the objects has also been elaborated. The whole Masters dissertation includes a textual part, a design part, and also a short economical evaluation.
