Abstract

Bachelor thesis Rationalization information system in public administration deals with information systems of public administration at the municipal office in Vítkov. The paper describes the different information systems with which users interact. The work focuses on reducing the costs of information system of public administration. The information strategy is described, which suggests how we should proceed when purchasing new programs. The paper describes the functional areas of individual workers. It also describes the security of information systems and propose changes to improve the current situation.
