Nárožní dům v centru

Abstract

V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na návrh Nárožného městského bytového domu s občanským vybavením v přízemí. Bytový dům je třípatrový a je součástí komplexu dalších třech bytových domech, které nejsou součástí mé bakalářské práce. Objekt je řešen systémem POROTHERM. Při návrhu jsem se snažila nezasahovat do okolí mimo stavby a zachovat původní městský ráz fasády prostřednictvím Cembrit desek ploché střechy. Do kontextu budovy je napojen ze severní strany společný dvůr. Projekt představuje čtyři nízkorozpočtové byty v rozsahu dvou pater. Důležité je přizpůsobení tvaru a velikosti obytné formy, což je vyústěné v malých rozměrech bytových prostorách.

In my thesis I focused on the draft urban corner apartment building with ground floor amenities. Residential house is three floors and is part of the complex three other residential buildings, which are not part of my work. The building is designed POROTHERM system. In the draft, I tried to do nothing in the surroundings outside the building and preserve the urban character of the original facade by CEMBRIT flat roof boards. In the context of the building is connected to the northern side of the joint Justice. The project is a low-budget four apartments of two plates. It is important to adjust the shape and size of housing forms, which is vyústené on a small scale residential areas.
