Srovnání hospodaření vybraných obcí

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se blíže zabývám srovnáním hospodaření vybraných obcí, a to nejprve v obecné rovině a poté na konkrétním příkladu dvou vybraných obcí Olomouckého kraje. V teoretické části se věnuji obecnému hospodaření obcí v České republice, kde definuji působnost obcí se všemi jejími povinnostmi i pravomocemi a vysvětluji také kontrolní mechanismy jejich hospodaření. Na základě teoretických poznatků zkoumám hospodaření dvou zdánlivě stejných obcí v praxi. Cílem práce je vysvětlit příčiny rozdílných výsledků v hospodaření a nabídnout možná řešení pro méně úspěšnou obec.

In the bachelory work I deal with the management comparison of the selected municipalities, at first in the common level and then in the particulary example of two selected municipalities of Olomouc region. In the theoretical part I deal with general economic management of municipalities in Czech Republic, where I define activity of municipalities with all of their responsibilities, authority etc. and explain control mechanisms of their economic management too. On principles of theoretical knowledge I examine economic management of two apparently same municipalities in the routine. Objective of this work is to explain reasons because of the different profits in the economic management and offer possible solutions for less succesfulls municipalities.
