Srovnání ocenění nemovitosti vybranými metodami

Abstract

The bachelor thesis entitled Comparison of the Real Estate Valuation with the Use of Selected Methods is targeting the issue of real estate valuation and assessing real estate transfer tax. Thesis contains collection of basic information, terms and also application of three methods which are most used on the market. In practical part the methods are implemented, more precisely valuations administrative and market – comparative method and income method. For these purposes was selected set of real estates – family house and adjacent garden, which are situated in location Lhotka by Ostrava. From results of valuation is then calculated level of tax from property acquisition. At the thesis’s conclusion the most appropriate method for establishing value is determined regarding the level of tax from property acquisition calculation and in addition the results of the used methods are being compared.
