Abstract
The thesis is focused on the use of financial statements in order to assess the financial situation of the firm FORM, spol. s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to individual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow), the characteristics of financial analysis and financial health. This information is used as a basis in the practical part. Listed here are details of the surveyed business. Furthermore, analysis of financial statements (vertical, horizontal analysis, using financial ratios), and finally assess the financial health of the company through bankruptcy and credible models.
