Strategický controlling

Abstract

The objective of this bachelor´s thesis is to define the importance of strategic controlling as a new methodology for business management. The introductory part of this work is concerned with the development of controlling, and its purposes and functions in a business´s organizational structure. The second part deals with defining the concept of strategic controlling, strategic business planning, tools for strategic controlling, feedback and feedforward, and implementation of strategic controlling in a production company. The conclusion sets out conditions for introducing strategic controlling in a production company, and an assessment of its importance.
