Analýza problémů plastického toku materiálu při výrobě mosazných fitinků

Abstract

Main objective of this Diploma thesis is to analyse plastic flow of shut-off valves (fittings) for gas bottles used in medical industry. Using the simulation of the entire fitting production process, the plastic flow of the material was monitored under three induction heating conditions. Based on the samples for experimental use, individual partial analyses were performed, which aimed to determine the reasons of the defects.
