Abstract

The theme of the thesis is a cost analysis of the selected company using cost models that express the influences of factors affecting the change in costs. Through cost analysis determines how the costs involved for profit and shares of individual items of costs to total costs. Objective of the thesis is to assess overall progress and development costs of the company Garmet Rožnov p. R. during the years 2012 to 2015. The principal business of this company is to operate retail and canteen. The thesis is divided into an introduction, theoretical part of the professional literature, company characteristics, cost analysis of the company in practice and conclusion. Data with which the analysis was carried out, were obtained from the analyzed company.
