Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explain the materials and technology used in the design of the cylinder head for motorcycle Jawa 50. Here are mentioned selected aluminium alloys and production processes of casting. Further disclosed herein is a proposal to the cylinder head. Part of the work also discusses technology called rapid prototyping, which enables us to produce a 3D model.
